EverGrowth Corporation<\/strong> was born from the meeting of a team and a man: The team led by Eric Guilloteau<\/strong> and a man: Marc Deschenaux<\/strong>.<\/p>

A team of investors and entrepreneurs [investepreneurs] first, based in Mauritius and Europe with a passion for developing the entrepreneurial successes of tomorrow. Its mission was to invest in promising and talented companies and entrepreneurs to support them in their success. She had one constant goal: to achieve and deliver superior returns by supporting fast-growing global opportunities \u2013 her life’s work.<\/p>

The creation of Evergrowth Corporation was the adventure of intelligent and dedicated people who care about making things happen: Those of its investor clients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our team spirit helps us engage effectively. We encourage new ways of thinking, discussing, making collective decisions through a collaborative work style. We emphasize tolerance with differing opinions in the work while being intolerant of the lack of rigor. Every voice is heard and important. In short, we are dedicated, down-to-earth, curious, approachable and, we hope, fun to be around!<\/p>

We have specialized in supporting innovative structures by forming a team of professionals to set up the Evergrowth Corporation project:<\/p>

Pierre Grandjean is a gifted French multi-entrepreneur and launched his first company, a French clothing brand at 21 years old. With a higher education in law and financial engineering, Pierre has been engaged for the past 5 years in corporate activities in Africa, Europe and Asia as head of investor relations for an investment bank focused on sub-Saharan Africa. His skills also extend to Mauritian financial activities where he worked for the first foreign listing sponsor on the Mauritius Stock Exchange.<\/p>

Pierre is fascinated by young, fast-growing companies that are shaking up their markets. He shakes up his vast network to support the talented entrepreneurs he trusts, through minority equity investments in Private Equity.<\/p>

G\u00e9rard Geoffroy is our strategic advisor on the Evergrowth Corporation project; an experienced role focused on investment strategy. He brings 40 years of financial services experience to Evergrowth Corporation. He has successfully supported approximately 300 entrepreneurs in their corporate quests and listed 200 of them on the European and African markets. He is also an entrepreneur in the food distribution and catering sector in Africa.<\/p>

Kristie Thomas joined the Evergrowth Corporation project<\/strong>
Professionally accredited as a Business Analyst by the Institute of Business Advisers of Southern Africa (IBASA) and as an Alumni of the University of Cape Town, an African university internationally recognized as the intellectual powerhouse of the African continent, Kristie leads the office of comparative studies and business analysis.<\/p>

As part of our team, she shares her technical knowledge of the rapidly changing global business environment with an understanding of international business. She is mandated to provide research, analysis and assessments on the environment of holdings and companies under consideration for Evergrowth Corporation.<\/p>

Prior to joining the team, Kristie was part of the Strategic Planning Unit of Mauritius’ leading banking institution, where she assisted Top Management in the assessment, planning and execution of emerging strategic initiatives.<\/p>

And Eric Guilloteau<\/strong>
With a remarkable ability to inspire his colleagues, Eric wanted to create Evergrowth Corporation to provide innovative financial solutions for talent development. Its role is to provide its expertise and strategic advice; an exciting role that requires a tactical vision as well as an ease in operational execution, working alongside teams and contractors in the field.<\/p>

He shares with us 35 years of experience in the development strategy of financial and credit products in Europe, from conception to realization. Overall, Eric can be described like this: “Imagine Big, think New and above all make it happen”.<\/p>

The meeting with Marc Deschenaux was decisive. The Evergrowth Corporation project has evolved from the world of Private Equity to that of IPOs and SPACs, from the private world to a public world.<\/p>

We bring together with great humility the brightest minds, its partners, ideas, financial engineering, resources, and working tools to create the perfect investment environment that accompanies inspired entrepreneurs to continue to build their projects and create added value.<\/p>

The meeting with Marc Deschenaux made it possible to bring to fruition an idea, an innovative concept.<\/p>

To solutions for modest fundraising, we can access IPOs for much larger amounts and support even more ambitious companies.<\/p>

Nevertheless, we wish to continue the path initially traced through investments in Private Equity. We will continue to support companies that wish to continue to control their shareholding. We encourage imagination, curiosity and the sharing of points of view nourished by the plurality of experiences of our teams. We know that disruptive innovations come from start-ups \u2013 Uber for taxis, Facebook and YouTube for media, WhatsApp for communication, blockchain technology for data transmission or cryptos for currencies. What pride to allow a young company to become a Unicorn…<\/p>

We invest our time, energy, resources and capital in emerging and dynamic companies that are in action. Because we too are a dynamic, passionate and growing team. We invest in minds and bodies that are passionate about what they do and 110% focused on what they strive for.
